About Subha

Subha Seifert is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and Certified Life Coach.

Her area of focus are clients who struggle  with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma.

While taking a person-centred approach, Subha provides services to individuals and groups.
